Order-cancel & order-change policy:
You can contact customer service to cancel the order or change the order information within 4 hours after the orders are placed.
Change order information includes: change contact information, receiving address, product color and size.
Note: orders cannot be changed and canceled when items are shipped out.
14-day return and exchange warranty:
You can contact us to return items within 14 days of receiving items, the following are the circumstances in which returns and exchanges are granted:
1. You have received a manufacturing defect or damage item;
2. You have received a wrong size or color item;
3. You have received the wrong product.
4. You do not want the items;
5. You have placed a wrong order ( wrong product, size, color, and type);
6. Damages caused by accident;
7.Improper use and care;
8.Normal wear and tear.
Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping fees, and Wholesale-lover reserves the right to provide final interpretation.
Followings are the circumstances in which refunds are granted:
1. You do not want the items, and you keep the package unopened and intact, then you can contact customer service to return items within 10 days of receiving items. You are also responsible for the shipping fees. We will offer you a refund upon we receive the item
2. If you have not received the product within 60 to 90 days, please contact our customer service and we will refund the full payment.
